The Little Traverse Historical Society holds a large collection of historical materials that have been donated by members and patrons. We established this digital repository to support our mission to enrich our community by preserving, showcasing, and sharing the history of the Little Traverse Bay area.

This project was made possible through generous support from the Petoskey-Harbor Springs Area Community Foundation, who have also provided grants to suport the purchase of storage furniture, shelving, boxes, and folders to preserve our collections for future generations.

Thanks are also due to the Clarke Historical Library at Central Michigan University for scanning our collection material.
